You are cordially invited to the 35th Annual Banquet of the Jim Jordan Chapter of the Minnesota Deer Hunters Association.
Please note – raffle tickets cannot be sold online. If you would like to pre-buy Dough for Bucks, Endowment, or High School Trap raffle tickets, or if you prefer not to pay online fee’s, please mail your registration in with a check instead.
Banquet Details
The banquet will be hosted at the Grand Casino Convention Center.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 25th, 2026.
Doors open with social hour at 4:00 PM and dinner starting at 6:00 PM.
Ticket prices, which include an MDHA membership, are $75.
Tickets will not be available at the door.
Everyone attending the banquet must be a member of MDHA.
RSVP deadline is April 1st, 2026.
Table Reservations Available – Two Options:
- $2,000 Table Reservation:
Includes 8 memberships, 8 dinner tickets, 8 – $200 Dough for Bucks ticket packs, and a Henry Golden Boy .22LR Lever Action (Walnut / Brass Frame).
You decide who gets the gun! Keep it for yourself or play with your tablemates for it.
JJC reserves the right to substitute a firearm of equal or greater value due to availability. - $250 Table Reservation:
Includes an entry into a drawing for the gun listed below.

Hotel Reservations
The casino has a limited number of queen rooms set aside for banquet attendees.

The deadline to reserve a hotel room is February 25th.
As most of you know, much of our banquet proceeds go toward youth education. We hope to send another large group of kids to Forkhorn Camp this year at an individual rate of:
- $550 – Forkhorn I & II
- $600 – Forkhorn III
As always, included in this letter is an opportunity for members to donate directly to camp scholarships.
We are looking forward to spending an enjoyable evening with you at the banquet.
